Our
Foundation
A regional pillar of financial stability, built exclusively for the dedicated public servants of North Carolina.
The Equity Principle
At ncsecufcu.co.com, every member has one vote. Whether you have $5 or $500,000 in your share account, your voice in our annual elections carries the same weight. This democratic foundation ensures we remain focused on the collective needs of North Carolina's state personnel.
The Value Cycle
Profits generated from our operations are funneled back into the union. This results in lower interest rates on loans, higher dividend payouts on savings, and reduced fees for everyday digital access and branch services across our 100 counties.
Governance
Our Board of Directors consists of volunteers—actual members who use our services daily and are elected by the membership to serve the collective interest.
Reliable.
Member-Governed.
Financially Sound.
We prioritize long-term financial health over transaction volume, providing the stability state employees need in an evolving economic landscape.
